Description & Pairings: 

Plenty of joy in this delightful blend of old vine Chenin and young Viognier. 

Nose: Vibrant and aromatic with subtle perfumed aromas, white peach and hints of jasmine on the nose.

Palate: On the palate it has tight, white, fleshy, stonefruit and fresh citrus flavours balanced by bright and lively acidity. A crisp, incisive finish with a touch of minerality helps deliver a delicious, flavoursome and characterful wine. 

Food Pairing: Grilled prawns with plenty of garlic and chilli, whole lemon sole fried in butter and also delicate freshwater fish dishes.
